Workwear & Corporate Uniform Care Advice
To ensure a long life for your uniform, please follow the care instructions on garment labels. The following Uniform Care Advice will keep your uniform looking better for longer.
Washing
When machine washing, only use a mild washing powder, separate whites from coloured garments. Do not bleach or soak whites. Use commercial stain removers according to their directions. Do not use detergents with bleaching agents.
Drying & Ironing
Avoid tumble drying your garments as it shortens the life of your garment and can cause shrinking. Avoid drying garments in direct sunlight to avoid fading and discolouring. Ensure your iron temperature is not too hot, as it could burn your garments. Iron garments inside out or use a pressing cloth to avoid unwanted iron marks.
Dry-Cleaning
Suit jackets and ties should be dry-cleaned. This will ensure that their shape and lining quality is maintained and that the best presentation and maximum garment life is achieved.
